Changing tip in Intuos3

Just got my Intuos3 tablet and like it so far, will take some practice. May seem like a stupid question but how do I change the tips in the pen. I took the cover off but nothing else seems removable and I don't want to break it on day 1.

Never mind, found the manual on the CD and it is just pulling it out with a pair of tweezers.

I've been using Wacom tablets for 9 years. When I first started out, it helped me to tape a piece of paper over the overlay so that the texture was more like what I was used to - in so far as the resistance.
