Here are a few thoughts, take em or leave em as I'm not sure what you were going for. I'm not a big fan of the hair over the eye. Overall the image is a tad too soft for me, except for the eye thats in focus. I'm not sure if that softness is a result of shooting or overdone post processing. I dont think the aggressive lean in to camera with the lowered shoulder is flattering. Exposure is good.

It does indeed have an overall soft look to it..I feel if you were level with her, it would have worked better than her looking up?

Interesting, I was exactly level with her for this shot. What gives the impression of looking down? Thanks for looking,
Steve

Thanks for looking. I think I agree, it's too soft. I think the softness worked better in the B&W version. Should I post that for a comparison?
Steve
(EDIT: This was shot with the "nifty fifty" plastic 50mm lens wide open - probably has a great deal to do with the softness. Would you recommend stopping down a couple?)

You might have been level with her, but the shoulder closest to the camera is several inches lower than the other indicating a hard lean forward.

facial expression - she does not look comfortable and willing to take this shot
PP - too much IMO, she looks plastic especially her eyeyball...looks way unatural
Colors and exposure - could use some POP
