Can you tell us what you DID do so we can help you out more. Are you wondering why it didn't come out looking like an HDR image?

I downloaded Photomatix Pro 3.2 . Took 3 different exposures of the subject and ran them through the program . I wasn't sure how to get the best out of it being the first time I used it.

well, I don't think you picked a good subject for an hdr image, it also appears to me that you did not bracket far enough with your exposures. Keep trying it out and you will come out with some great images

Thanks Justin , I will do that for sure......maybe a landscape in the evening would be a better subject.

You can still make it happen with your TV. And I'm going to help you try!

What were your exact brackets? What kind of "playing around" did you do with tones in photomatix?

Hey there, there's a show I regularly watch that has great tutorials on Photoshop- Pixel Perfect, and
there's two episodes on making HDR images using Photomatix with Ben Willmore and Bert Monroy

Skip over the ads, and it's a great intuitive introduction to HDR processing and photography :)

Thanks pickupman I deleted the shots so I don't have that info. I didn't play around with the tones at all . The three shots were around 2 stops in the difference if I can remember correctly. I'll keep playing around with it . Thnx again.
