Seems more like spam, until you re-read it over and over again. It seems to be a paid advertisement for an anti-tobacco lobbyist group in England. Has nothing to do with Avatar.

Yeah I tried to edit my thread title after I watched the entire video but it wouldn't change the title. The footage looks good at least but I'm not sure what this is from.

It's not from anywhere. The guy tried to copy CSI tv show and Bourne movies and mash them together into something that doesn't make sense.

I hope he gets k-lined from the other forum for it (though the work is high quality, doing this is like photoshopping somebody into a photo that went on the front page of NYT) ;)
