Recently I had the opportunity to shoot these brothers. They were great - but they could NOT slow down, which was fine with me for most of the shoot.
This was at the end of the session and was the last of my planned poses. Every time dad would get them into the general vicinity of where I wanted, the youngest would jump up and take off like a bolt of lightning down the boardwalk. Eventually, they settled down - sort of. They just started sitting down and leapfrogging each other down the boardwalk. So I just lay down and waited for them to cross where I wanted.
They only had to pause 1/160th of a second, but it was enough...
