Hey guys,
So I signed up to MM recently and have a lot of models asking me to do shoots with them.
I didn't really intend for this to all happen at once but I want to do them, but I am curious as to how I need to handle this?

Do I need a release form? It's TFP.
Where can I get one if I need it?

Also, when it's TFP or TFCD. Do I give them just the prints I want to give them? And can I give them the images with my signature in them?

Thanks guys,

Time for Print
Time for CD

Trade work - photographers use it to build up their portfolios, along with other industry related fields such as MUA, bodypainters, stylists, etc.

Not for cash in other words.

Blender what you need is a model release form that specifies you are the sole owner of the copyright (since you are canadian- you need to illustrate that in the form), a legal contract that shows who owns the rights to the reproduction of the work, what its for...etc.

Along with a signature(print and signed) of the model's legal name, and your legal name (no business names), dated and witnessed...though its kind of spotty depending on your jurisdiction if you need a witness or not.

Also make sure the model checks a box that she is over 18 or the legal age in your area for doing nude work, if its involved.

Karl hit the nail on the head. Always have paperwork :) I use MM a good bit for portfolio building. I've not found it to be a good place to make any actual cash but if you have ideas you want to experiment with or want to add certain looks into your portfolio, it's a nice tool to use.
