What do you think of these!

I've browsed the World of Canon Digital Photography and every visit just makes me drool. I often dream of the day when I can take shots like those on a regular basis. If you're reading this and you haven't seen this showcase of talent, go there now! You'll be glad you did.

Well I've been tinkering with these in handy dandy Photoshop for a while now, and I wonder if someone might give me some pointers on how to get them into the gallery. I've done a lot to the flower with the help of members here, and I must say, it's come a long way. As for the sunset, all I had to do was remove some street lighting and saturate the colors a bit to get what you see below. Thanks in advance for all your tips!

I think the "Big" part of your username intimidates people. :D

Nice job reworking the flower. The diffusion is a little more subtle than in your original post.

The colors in #2 are very nice, but the composition feels a bit top-heavy to me. A little more "support" at the bottom would be a help.

Where is MTU - in the UP? I went to UM, way down in the 'warm' part of the state. :)

I like both your photo's and what you've done to the all-so-common sunset. Nice change. I looked through your gallery and saw the mountain bike photo's. You definately grabbed my interrest there.:)
