R800 vs: R1800

Can anyone give me a link on comparing these two printers side by side? Am I correct in thinking they have just about the same quality and the R800 is just smaller (no larger than 8 X 10 prints)?

Same printer, A4 and A3+ respectively. If you only print up to A4 save yourself some money and buy the R800. If you want to print larger, consider the R2400.
