Well, in the mail today it came. No, not a camera body. I already have mine.

B&H's latest source book, the 35mm SLR PHOTO source book, almost 700 pages packed with goodies. Canon gear galore. Happy days are here again.

I was wondering if they were ever going to update that book. The old one was really out-of-date. BTW, you get a softcopy of the book here (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=getpage.jsp&A=getpage&Q=Product_Resources/35mmsrcbook.jsp).

MDJAK: Hee,hee, that's a cute posting. I thought my 11 year old son and I were the only ones happy to receive the BH SLR Photo Source Book.

Did you notice Consumer Reports, July 2005 didn't post any digital SLR's. :(

Great Link! How do I make them send me a paper copy? I've only been buying things from them for 6 months or so.

They even mailed one to me here in New Zealand! I was kinda suprised about that. I have spent thousands of dollars with them though.

Well, I get to answer my own (stupid) question:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=getpage.jsp&A=getpage&Q=FreeCatalog.jsp

(bottom of page).

Except they don't list the 35mm sourcebook as an option! So you can read the 35mm sourcebook online but can't ask for a paper copy. Conversely you can ask for a paper copy of the digital sourcebook but can't read it online!

Extremely dangerous to have just laying around on a rainy day. :) The internet is bad enough. But when you also have to book right there on the table just begging you to open it. Oh the temptations.
