What's that mark on the girl's nose? If it's mole that's always there, then I'd say leave it. It's part of her character. If it's a scratch that will heal, I'd clone it out.

Thats a Birth mark, and that is her-and no I wouldnt clone it even if it were a scratch!

I spose tho if I was doing it for a commissioned shoot and the girl had had a scratch
due to unforseen circumstances I would clean it up..
