The flasher was a setup by the two guys whose heads are in front of me. I happened by by chance and instinctively knew something was about to happen and took out my camera and was in the right place at the right time.

I'm not sure what NWS means? I'll take a guess, that the flashing girl might offend some viewers. If so, it had never dawned on me, as it isn't sexual or completely nude, and was out in public. However, if it was found offensive, I'm sorry for not giving a warning. Let me know and maybe I'll be able to edit the title.

NWS means "Not Work Safe" as in, there is a bit of nudity, so use discression where you view it. Thats all.

I do like the photos though, I wish I could get out on the town during the day light to take some street photography.
