Hakuba HG-6240c or 6230c tripod- does it have leg rotation?

I am wondering if the Hakuba HG-6230 and HG-6240 series tripods have an anti-leg rotation design or not.

I know that the HG-504mx and HG-503mx do but I can't find leg rotation info on the HG-6230 and HG-6240 series legs.
