Que sad guy with guitar. Kind of. Never heard of this guy before, but one of my friends called me and asked me if I was doing this show and if he could meet him. He came down from northern new hampshire to get to the show. It was pretty decent, very mellow. Generally not my thing, but they show was pretty good.

The only bad thing really was that he pretty much stayed in his chair the entire set, so most of the photos looked the same. Tried to mix it up as much as I could with some perspective shots. Let me know what you think..

there's not much you can do to make a solo guy, sitting down and playing acoustic guitar, all that exciting, unless he's a legend like willie nelson or neil young. i think #2 does a good job of portraying the evening.

Thanks Narlus, I thought this one was going to fall by the wayside without receiving any comments :)

I JUST got it on Thursday, and I spent all my free time that day micro-adjusting my lenses (I have a few third party lenses that needed it). Broke it in at the Winter Classic :D Haven't got a chance to test it out at a concert venue. I have a show comming up on the 8th which I am looking forward to. Based on my initial shots, the ISO performance is about 1 stop better than the 40D I had. 100% Viewfinder, and 920kLCD screen are great too.

After I get a couple shows in with it, I think I'll do some sort of review from the perspective of a low-light shooter.
