8 Months and a little bit of drool

My daughter is 8 months old today, I can't believe how fast she is growing! We were stuck inside from the snow storm today but all that snow outside the front door made a perfect natural softbox.

Nice - I like the background as well - I'm really not a fan of white backgrounds - I like to see at least a bit of texture/interest in the background - I think it complements a portrait really well - like in your shot.

Thanks loydall, I agree. I'm getting tired of plain white backgrounds. I'm starting to collect things with patterns and textures to use instead. That background is actually a chair, but I love the pattern behind her!

BTW - I have a 9 month old daughter and that drool just gets worse and worse as they teeth.. It's cute to see but I get covered in the stuff!
