I know the railroad shot is a bit cliched, but she wanted to do it. Would love your feedback.

Thanks!

Move to the left some so you can see more of the tracks
coming at her..A little fill flash might be nice, other than
that I love it..

What caught my eye was the lighting. Sumptious. What did you use?

Based on the data available, this was about 9:30 in the morning, facing due south with a backlighted subject, so a Northern sky was lighting her face. That would explain the nice lighting, although I personally prefer to have some soft shadows to establish the facial contours.

Actually, no. It was about 2pm. One of my first shots I've ever done (I'm a serious noob). The only thing I had was the model, the sun at that time of the day, a camera and a reflector. No photoshop, just the dreaded...Iphoto with a bit of color enhancement GASP!

Thanks all for the feedback!

And to think I was thinking gold reflector. She is clearly not in the shade, and the sunlight is casting harsh shadows (see her boots), so the soft warm light on her face, body and leg I thought must have been a reflector.

I was going by the date/time stamp on the image istself. Obviously, I am interpreting it incorrectly.
