Nice looking shots!

Try and make sure you get the shot with the riders knee on the ground or if not then make it a panning shot.

Just curuios, was there a wall or tire wall you were behind on a couple of the frontal shots?? If not you were in a dangerous impact area......! Be careful at the track!

If you have any questions feel free to ask me,

Kent

Thanks Kent .. No walls there, just had to use the 100-400 @ 400 to stay out of the way.. Have many of both types of shots, panning and knee on the ground, but there were very few riders that rode aggressively enough to get a knee on the pavement.

How those tires keep traction is still mind blowing to me... anyway, excellant shots.

Got it. I still must say be careful.... I have seen bikes travel a long ways without a rider......

It makes it interesting when you have to make the riders look better than they are..... Take a look through here for some examples:

My favorite sport also. The first two are the best shots IMNHO. The third one is my favorite bike.
MotoGP at Laguna Seca is coming up in a couple of weeks. I can hardly wait.

I certainly agree Kent and I truly do appreciate your concern. Thanks! This applies to all highspeed Motorsports I might add..

Did you see the crash sequence I posted last week? If not here it is http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=79913

How true, some guys really think they are leaning way over, but in reality they are not. Thats where the speed blur comes in. It makes everyone look fast, even the guy on the pit bike LOL...

Thanks again Kent.

I check out your pics, very nice, and a different perspective.... I have alot more SuperBike photos at http://www.jtphoto.ca/Proofs20/index.htm and http://www.jtphoto.ca/Proofs19/index.htm for anyone interested..
