Not too sure what I was trying to accomplish but it came out looking different than I thought. I took this glass globe set it on the table turned out the lights and twirled a small flashlight around it with a 4 second shutter speed . What?

If you can somehow manage to get the effect of the bottom picture (small bubbles hanging in mid-air) without that blue "haze" it would be a very nice picture.
