Took these at Yosemite last week. I would greatly appreciate some help from any birders out there. Thanks in advance.

Can't help with the ID either but like the way the twigs in the second photo all point downwards. Very convenient for you and an interesting perch for the cute bird.

It could be a female Brewer's Blackbird.
