Here's what's got me scratching my noggin: at 20 sec shutter speed how is it that the flag on the building is not just a blurry splotch in the night sky?
it seems the more I learn the less I know...:confused:

It's funny that you noticed that too. I was drawn to it as well...
Just one of those crazy things! Here is a 250% crop of the flag. You can see the effect of the breeze at this magnification.
