Taken with a telephoto lens which has pulled in Ferrybridge power station in the background and all its pollution, also Leeds university in the bottom right, plus a collection of Churches, c&c welcome

A depressing scene! Well captured!

Beautiful capture!
I should point out, however, that the "pollution" you see is nothing more than water vapor - artificial clouds. The six fat towers belching the clouds are cooling towers. You'll notice that the two skinny smokestacks appear to have nothing coming out of them - all the ash and other nasty stuff has been scrubbed out.

Very nicely captured and presented. Your framing adds to the drama in the image.
Well done.

Very good composition. The social and environmental message it gives makes it a powerful photograph. I really like it.

As always an amazing B&W. Very nice composition and light. The framing does set it off very nicely.
It is also amazing that from what I read this is a coal fired plant and the pollution looks to have been almost eliminated.
