first go at hdr

all C&C welcome, my first go at hdr, using a couple of different jpegs i had from a previous shoot, let me know what you think

I think the car has a little too much saturation. and there doesn't seem to be much contrast in the blacks and whites.

I like it (because I like cars). What is this? It looks like a late 60s Carolla to me.

My first car was a 67 Carona (probably the last year for the Carona before the model became a Carolla).

I should have kept that car. Three on a tree.

The oranges look over saturated. The images do not seem aligned as the building in the back indicates clearly. I think this would be a much better photo if the original images sued to compose it where taken were more aligned.

the car is a mazda rx2

with the alignment of the pictures, the camera was on a tripod and not moved for the 3 shot sequence, just different exposures, am i doing something wrong in photomatix?

ok, does this look better or worse, the look im aiming for, as iv seen on many other hdr's, is to make it almost look cartoon/painted/drawn, i love the style but just cant seem to get it :(

what program are you using to create this HDR? Photomatix or Photoshop? and how many exposures did you take?

I don't think it looks better, just over saturated and too much black.

What year is the car? Looks like early 70s to me.

I took 3 jpegs, the car would be early 70's off the top of my head
