Nice title! Seems a little soft on him but I am on a retiree's computer with everything on this monitor jacked up to 300% so my opinion may be totally wrong. I might lose a little more of the foreground, the OOF part just to smooth out the overall look. OOF at top & bottom can work really well but I'm not sure it does here. Its a good compostion but I think that might improve it. The blue band of shadow is a nice touch.

Fantastic shot and great title again. I would crop some off the bottom, but you got the shot!

I think the birds at the back should have been slightly more recognisable as birds. Also slightly less foreground and the top birds slightly more centered would have improved the composition.
Cannot help to mention it but a bit like the reverse of the one I posted last week (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=797543) one...??

Place out of center for more dramatic effect..
