Alien Bees and settings

Was just curious as to what most people do. Does anyone use custom temp setting or just set everything to flash ?

I generally use the flash white balance setting on both my G2 and my 20D, but I shoot in RAW mode so that I can make easy adjustments after the fact if needed. Most work with the AB flashes and the camera set to flash white balance doesn't need tweaking.
