Does Canon make a 67mm UV filter that will fit the Tamron?
Thanks!

Canon makes filters?

You might want to look into other companies like Hoya or B+W.

Are they better than your average Canon ones?

B+W filters are quite possibly the best from what I've heard. Don't settle for cheap filters because it will affect your image quality. It'll be like shooting through a pane of glass =)

what jackal said :) plus.... check out http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=80531&highlight=uv+filter
theres a link or 2 for filter comparissons... personally i use B+W as they are about the best around schneider glass V neutral interms of colour *i've had some crap pinky UV filters that i got in the UK and they caused some soft images!*
if your going to throw extra glass on your lense make sure its as good preferably better than the lense otherwise your wasting your investment its like putting skinny tyres on a race car... it works but not well

I will update when my filter comes in, I plan on buying the 28-75 Tamron and I should be able to use these filters on both the 28-75 and the 70-200L

I use Hoya Super HMC Pro1's on most of my lenses (including the Tamron).
