CF to SDHC adapter

I received an eye-fi sd card for Christmas and want to use it in my XTI. Has anyone had any experiances with a CF to SDHC adapters?

I've used an EyeFi in an SD-CF adapter in my 20D; posted on it in a thread about the EyeFi back around a year ago. It worked, within its limits (didn't handle RAW, for instance, and required a WAP to connect to - ad-hoc wasn't then an option).
