Hi Phil, You did GREAT with this shot. ;) I like the angle you captured, as well as your framing. Good job. :D
I hope the person they picked up will be OK.

Nice shot. Nice chopper. is that what is meant by a drop of scotch for medicinal purposes ? :-) ! And I agree it is hard to get the chopper blades to blur !

Well I drove on the wrong side of the road in California for 3 weeks in my Brothers '65 Mustang with no problem(apart from forgetting that the speed limit at the time was 55 , while I kept forgetting I wasnt in the UK and hitting 75 -how I didnt get a ticket Ill never know) so Im sure if I can do it there, you can do it here:D

I like the image for the most part, and agree on the rotor blur, but I think it would look a little better if there was just a bit more blur. For instance, the tail rotor doesn't seem to be moving at all, when in reality it has to in order to keep the chopper from spinning.
Thanks for sharing!

Its not about the rotor, its a simple press shot illustrating the fact that a man is badly injured, the only time the chopper would be deployed.
Blurring rotors dont mean a thing in this context.

Nice shot, with the scene in the background.......captured the essence of the scene and not just the aircraft

The tail rotor is blurred. Have a look at a stationary one:
