Anyone in North Orlando (Debary)

Is anyone interested in meeting sometime this week at either Gemini Springs or Blue Springs Park? I am having focusing issues with my 5D Mark II and 24-70 F2.8L lens. Would anyone who has a 5D Mark II camera be interested in taking pictures with my lens where I can compare the results with my camera?

BTW - The weather was cold last weekend (mid 40’s to low 50’s) where the manatees were in the Blue Springs. If the weather stays cold it is a great place to take pictures along the board walk and see the manatees.

I have a 5DMKII and the same lens, and would love to shoot comparable pics to compare. I am available Saturday early but have plans for the evening or Sunday afternoon possibly.

Would you like to meet at Blue Springs in Orange City around 8 or 9am tomorrow? I think it cost about 5 or 6 dollars per car to get into the park. There are two parking areas along the river front where generally I park in the larger area at the end. I have a black Chevy Trailblazer. If you have another park in mind that you would prefer to meet let me know.

I contacted Canon yesterday and sent them pictures of the severe front focusing with my camera and lens. They agreed where I will be sending in the camera and lens next week for repair.

If you are interested I will bring my test fixture that I used for adjusting the lens Auto Focus Microadjustment.
