What is the white flower in your first image? I like the series, the last one was taken with a wide angle lense wasn't it? The statue's eye look rather creepy and distorted. But I like it!
For some reason, there is little interest on POTN in flower shots. Why? Not sure, they never get much attention.

I like flowers, but never take pictures of them. Hate to say it, but these are soft or out of focus to me. the statues face seem to be in focus, but the mid section is not.

I'll ask what flower it is next time I go back! Thank you for the input.
The statue was taken with the kit lens 18-55mm.
The flowers were def hard to take due to winter and It's strong winds :) It tended to shake a lot.

Fill flash is your friend when the wind blows a bit. Faster SS help too As does higher ISO's, but to a point. Grainy flowers don't cut it for me.
