I have a possible feature for EE 2.0. Visitors could add their email address to a distribution list that would notify them when an update to the gallery had been made.

Anyone else find this useful? Right now I have to manual notify people. Its not that hard but can get annoying.

Have a look at http://www.yourmailinglistprovider.com/ The free service will probably do all that you need
