When Connecting the Camera with it's SanDisk 128M CF the PC recognizes the Camera but calims that the camera is busy so it can't download.
When replacing the SanDisk 128M CF card with the Original Canon 16M it works fine.
The Camera itself can see all photos in the SanDisk 128M.
The SanDisk 128M Downloaded fine in the past.
Any Ideas?

I would try formatting the card while it is in the camera. Just remember that formatting also erases the card.

I would try re-installing the camera driver. Those things get contaminated easily when loading. You might want to get an updated driver at the Canon website as well.

Try a card reader

I always use a card reader because it is 1) very fast and 2) does not depend on the camera at all. Is there any reason you don't want to use a card reader? That's the only way I've ever loaded pix into the computer! But then I haven't done any movies yet....

My card reader has "accidentally" deleted all my pictures in the past. It's happened more than once so I don't use it anymore. Some people have no problems with them, but I did some asking around and supposedly, this is a common problem. I'd use the card reader as a last resort.
What software are you using to download (I'm assuming the zoombrowser version that came with the camera)? And how are you trying to download them (have you tried downloading from INSIDE zoombrowser)?
I'd try connecting to the camera from zoombrowser first (ignore the event viewer pop up thingy when you plug the camera in) , and if that doesn't work, reinstalling the drivers won't hurt, but it sounds like this is a problem with the card itself (concidering the 16mb works just fine). Formatting it (format, don't just erase all) SHOULD fix the problem, but then you lose all your pictures.
It might not help any, but it's possible that just one of your pictures is corrupt (which would give you a "busy" message). As a VERY last resort, keep ONLY the pics you really want and delete the rest, then try downloading again (then format the card before it's next use).
Good luck.

I'm very surprised to hear card readers are risky to use. I have 3 different cameras and after copying over 10,000 pics to the computer, I've never had even one problem with them. (I use CF and SD cards for the cameras I have.) Maybe a faulty card reader? I wouldn't want to use a card reader either if mine deleted my photos!

Maybe a faulty card reader?
A definite possibility! Obviously this isn't a common problem, but I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'm just cautious about it now, is all... I felt I should mention it (from someone who knows what it feels like to lose a few hundred pictures in the blink of an eye). Empty card MY A$$!! *grumble*
