Although the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle is cosidered one of the best for their Pacific Northwest Trail Exibit. You can tell the animals, especially the hunters, need more room.
I've noticed some of them are starting to show that catatonic pacing and patterned behavior. The bear and male elephant looked really bad, it was kinda sad.

Been having trouble with exposure all day...

The last shot is very nice.

I do hate to hear about creatures like this in small quarters. :-(

Thank you Scottes and Khiemluu for you comments: I always appreciate input.
I think my taste in photography is different than the norm, because the first two really appealed and excited me more. But I like all three because they each show the wolf's different personality. I try to make my pics something above the ordinary, but I don't think I'm doing a good job :(

Don't be disheartened, not everyone has the same tastes, with so many different people with different personalities you are boudn to get mixed reactions. Photography is about getting the shot that makes YOU happy, it shouldn't be about pleasing anyone else (as a hobby anyway).

But if you feel there are elements of your photos that you are having trouble with or want to improve, there's always someone here to offer a helping hand.

Khiem.

The first two look like the wolf doing his thing, kind of documentary style pics, like you've captured him unaware, I like them too, they're all very good.

I think the first two are my favorites too. I love how the first one is 'framed' by darkness, and the second one with the blurred leaves suggesting speed is awesome. Cool how the eye is still clearly visible. The third is beautiful too, I think you did a great job!
