Depends on what you are looking for.

But several post links to tips, products, etc...etc what ever they find that is interesting.

im new to that site and dont really know how to find what I want. do you have any suggestions for people or sites to follow?

One way is to search for famous photographers, then go through who they follow. Add ones that look interesting. If they turn out to be no good you can always unfollow them. It takes a while to get your follow list settled.
