Here a few photos I took at a christmas event. I'm wondering what you think, anything I can improve?

First and last look very noisy and the WB is off? Second is the sharpest, but lacks interest ,for me anyways....

Yea they had to be taken at 3200 since the lighting wasn't great, apart from the middle one which was at 1600.

1 & 3 look a little OOF and flat. Maybe play with exposure, a little too dark feel for a happy holiday event.

I'm having a little trouble getting more of a holiday feel.
1. This photos pretty much a lost cause.

I am afraid with all the noise, you won't get a larger size without a mass of grain.
