I was about to discard the original photo, when I saw something in the upper right quadrant and went with it. What do you think?

I quite like the second photo and think it would be enhanced by not having the first one there at all.

Surrealistic and different.

What do others think?

I had taken a lovely shot of this saucer sized magnolia the day before and found it decaying the next day.

Sorry if I'm being dense, but is the photo at the top of this thread, a piece from the original photograph that we see further down, of the entire flower? If so, what a cool thing to do with a pic! I'm going to remember that.

I like the first picture, I have no idea what it is but the lines and colour look cool
