So I got a chance today to try out the Tokina 17 mm ATX PRO I bought recently.

The subject itself is a little boring but in fact it is a nature reserve not far from where I live. A big part of the reserve is closed off to give the birds peace from people. These photos was shot from a bird tower which lies smack in the middle of this reserve.

I also tried to do a panorama from there, if it was successfull I will post that in at new thread.

No it was a tower build for bird watching complete with sliding windows. I think it was about 15-20 meters high and 4 by 4 meters in width and length.

Maybe you should have taken your big zoom in that case

Can't say the shot does anything for me but it does show how wide it goes. Be good to see some other shots in due course.

My excuse is I have an english sense of humor. Very dry, most dont understand it. I feel like an englishman trapped in a yank's body.

Long live benny hill!

Sorry to highjack your thread tommy!
