Hi folks,
Had a quick run out to the Udvar-Hazy Center last week and got out of my car about 4 minutes before this A340 came in. Nice bit of luck. Taken with my 30D and Tamron 70-200 2.8.
My first pics on here, comments are welcome (but be gentle! )

I like #3 - no lamp posts and the foliage makes a nice touch...

Sorry, but in the "Share" areas IMAGE POSTING RULES (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=74718) only allow 2 attachments by the OP per thread, OR 8 embedded (linked) images, OR a combination of both totaling 8. (Maximum 1024 pixels on any side.) You can always just post a link to more, though, or better yet, post a link to a gallery so we don't have to click on each image link.
Some exceptions are group threads, like "Show Me...", "Post your best...", equipment reviews, Tutorials, etc.
You may add a few additional photos if requested, but only in a reply to other member's post and request.
That being said...

Nice shots, especially since it's tough to get a good photo for traffic into or out of IAD.

i agree... you've got some trees in focus, some not, and the airplane in focus.... how did you manage that?

I think its just that the O O F foliage is much closer to the lens than the in focus stuff. Thats what it looks like to me anyway. I agree that 3 is the better shot.
