Odd problem with Eosviewer and 10D

This one is bugging me.

Fileviewer will transfer images onto my computer via my 10D USB link , no problem.

EOSviewer will let me see thumbnails and camera info. but refuses to transfer the images ???

I can transfer directly from a card reader to Eosviewer so it's no big deal, but it would be more convenient on occasions to download directly from the camera.

Perhaps some settings are wrong but I guess it could be an E Mail to Canon .... anyone have any ideas or a contact address for Canon software support ?

A call to Canon Support Europe reveals you can only drag and drop in Eosviewer
ie. I was trying to right click on a thumbnail and select transfer, but it was greyed out.

You have to highlight the thumbs for download and drag and drop them into a folder on the hard drive to download.

Slightly embarrassing :o , especially when support knew the answer straight away.
