Hi--I'm trying to print thumbnails using Zoombrowser 3.2 and PhotoRecord, but am getting nowhere. I keep getting this message:
"Print job failed for the following reason: Error 1302019 (Message file missing/corrupt) Args:Epson Stylus C80 Series (Copy 1, Epson Stylus C80 Series, USB002)"
I'm using a Canon G2, Dell 8100 laptop with XP. All other programs print on the C80 with no problem, but Zoombrowser won't. Any suggestions on how I can get Zoombrowser to work? Thanks!

FYI,
There are some new updates for earlier versions of Zoombrowser EX to update to 4.0.2. See if that might help. Here is what Canon says about the 4.0.2 update on their update page:
"ZoomBrowser EX, a Canon imaging software application, has been updated to Version 4.0.2. The functionality, interface and performance of ZoomBrowser EX 4.0.2 has been improved compared to earlier versions of the program, and we wish to encourage customers who have already installed ZoomBrowser EX from Version 2.x to Version 3.x to update their software free of charge."

The ZoomBrowser update won't help. It doesn't give you an update for PhotoRecord, which is the program that is trying to send the image file to the printer. There are some Epson printer drivers that are incompatible with PhotoRecord. My suggestion would be to check to see if you can find a printer driver update from Epson that might fix the problem. If this doesn't work, the only thing you can do is print your pics through ArcSoft or another application. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this.

I found a solution! Your printer name is too long. Rename your printer to something less than 31 characters long.
