You presume correctly. The Mom is my daughter, Amy. The Grandaughter is Dylan, 18 months.

I love the 2nd shot. Have you tried to sharpen up the eyes a little? The lashes would come up real nice!

Thanks, Dennis. It is a great feeling. I guess if it came more than once a year we'd be spoiled. I'm lucky. They live only an hour away.

I have to admit I'm a little confused with the sharpening/quality of jpeg, etc., for posting on this forum. This began as a RAW 350D image and I thought I had sharpened properly for web when I went to jpeg. Then I needed to get the picture down to size limits for posting. I started by changing image size, then when just ever so slightly over the limit, I went down in quality of jpeg.
I don't know quite when I should apply sharpening for this purpose. Here's another image sharpened after final sizing that "looks to me" to be about as far as I can go.
What do you think?
