ANOTHER flying Osprey!

I know there have been millions and most better than mine, but this is my first flying Osprey with my new Rebel XT and 400 f5.6 lens.

That's a pretty good start. I still don't have a good shot of osprey in flight.

No... that's a GREAT start! You have a nice sharp portrait and wonderfully motion blurred wings!

It may have been an accident for all I know.... but this is a look that we strive to achieive! Very well done.

Wow..thanks a lot!! Hahah, it was an accident actually! It came up so fast as I was looking the other way and I just happened to snap the shot. I always try to aim to get the face in focus, sometimes we just get lucky!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, the 400mm is the main reason I went the route of Canon. I heard so many great things about the lens and I really like it. Good luck on those osprey shots! BTW, I love the avatar!!!
