I'm confused as to what those are on the sides? Why smooth and no stairs? Are they for wheelchair access? Seems a little sketchy.

But, you know, if you could get it going fast enough you could have a perpetual downhill skateboard run.

They look like escalators to me and a long exposure made them blur and appear as smooth ramps.

I like it overall, i would have maybe cropped the top off some

Looks like a long exposure and the center stair is static.

Yes, it kind of looks like a machine, drop the pictures and crop it a little
tighter, maybe some HDR...

I dig the concept. I've been thinking of shooting something like this.

redeveloped is right. It's a long exposure.

Ya, i think you're right. Should better be something about 16:9 or so...

HDR doesn't work with this picture...i've tried that already. The contrast of the original scene is too low.

and @all: Thanks a lot for your feedback! =)

If you shot a "normal" exposure of this scene as well, I'd mask the red lights and pull them back to more saturated and less blown out pink.

Nicely seen and great job with the long exposure and what it did to the escalators on each side.

Sounds like a good tip to me...I will try this next time. Thank you!
