Noise in pictures??

I was taking some shots of the moon just now, and althought you can't see it in the actual resized picture, I am also posting a crop of the picture, is the camera messed up already or is it just the ISO setting which I think was at 400.

Hi, just run your shot through Neat Image Pro, see what you think?? what camera do you have, and personaly i very rarely set my G6 to 400iso because of noise,(grain).

are you refering to the coloured dots?
when did you purchase the camera?
if so these are hot pixels/stuck pixels
