An abandoned shack we found at the side of the road between Moreton and Heswall (on the Wirral - North West). We tried to get inside but the weather was awful and there was a lot of shrubbery.. C&C Welcome.

Very cool location and nice PP, I also would have liked to see inside the shack. Vignettes work well in #1, but I may have made that one black and white too. Love the detail in the fence in #2. White featureless sky works here as well...dunno if pale grey featureless sky would have been better, bit more haunting maybe...

Thanks for the comments. We did try and get inside but it was totally overgrown.. we are going back in the summer to get some shots with my girlfriend. we will make sure get in, this visit was just a quick "Lets go" moment

Awesome, make sure to post the results. I wish there were more places like that around here... any "abandoned" houses are pretty new and boring, and it's all beaches/suburbia. Bleh :p

There is an old abandoned Hydraulics tower near us which we are gonna be making an entrance into before August (when we move to Perth WA).. I'm determined to get in it! lol

Ooh, sounds interesting, good luck =) Perth is a nice city, can get very hot in summer though.

That's probably going to be my main challenge given I'm from "Sunny" england hahaha.
