Resetting database

When i upload photo's and remove them later then i can't upload them for the second time.
I think because they are stored in the db.
I get an internal server error when upload.

How do i reset the database?

Question: how do you remove the photos? Do you use Copy/move/delete editor?

You can remove photos from database using copy/move/delete editor. It's the only valid way to do it.
