Focusing rail--suggestions needed

As I enjoy macro a lot, I think I'll be going with the Benbo Trekker Mk2.

This was just covered in another thread. Did you search before posting? I don't use focusing rails, some love them.

Novoflex make one for SLRs 'Castel-mini' I think its called. Got very good reviews :)
