S230's Movie Mode and CF

I'm new to the forum and have a question about the S230. Is there a specific speed CF (8x, 12x, etc) that is required to record 640x480 (30 sec) movie clips? I am not concerned about the size of the card. I plan on getting a 256MB card anyway.

For those of your S230 owners, what kind of cards do you have? What brands are better?

I don't know the answer about needed speeds, but I use 256mb san disk and it works fine in all movie modes.

The speed of the CF card will not make any difference with use in the camera. However, if you use a CF card reader to download your pics and movie clips to your computer, you will notice a significant difference in the download time with faster CF cards.
