Its a nice image but it is slightly skewed and needs rotating to the right (clockwise) Also your focus seems to be slightly before the fall itself.
What camera and settings for the image?

I like it. I think it would be strengthened by cropping to remove the blown out rocks in the lower left corner.

The main point of interest is the waterfall, but to me it looks like the fall is out of focus, perhaps because the camera has focused on some of the foreground objects? A nice image apart from that :)

Did you aim for the velvety waterfall look on purpose? I think it's lovely like that, I've heard you can achieve that look with a couple of filters, I need to check my sources before I say which ones though! The composition is better in the second one, good work I reackon :-)

I think it's lovely like that, I've heard you can achieve that look with a couple of filters, You just need to get a longer exposure. Shooting early/late, or on an overcast day should help with that. Don't forget that you can probably get down to at least f/22 which might have helped keep everything in focus in this shot, or a polarizer will reduce the exposure 2X more.
