It looks good to me... a little bit of a distracting background.. nailed the focus though!

I love it! maybe just a tad less saturation because of the orangish semi-washout around the eyes.

Thank you guys for your valuable feedback. I totally agree the background is little distracting.

Pickupman92 - can you please elaborate on the washout around the eyes. is it on his right eye which did have the orange tint. I see that the left eye is slightly washout.

I apologize. It was my computer at work, I guess I have it set darker. It looks perfectly fine at home. I retract my previous statement.

In the crop. the saturation is noticable...Good looker the dog is;)

Crop out the individual in the back... Not fun looking at a nice shot of the dog with a lower half of a person standing behind.. Just my two cents..
