That looks like the top floor of 7th St. Station.....

I kinda like the overall look of the picture. I'm new, so don't know all the technical aspects, but one thing I see is that the lines of light caused by the star filter pretty much line all the lights up.... makes it more obvious that there was a filter involved, I think... perhaps if you'd have turned it just a bit so they didn't point to each other. I really like the picture, though.
