very cool shots, I like the position of the slide in number 1, and it goes great on black. How did you light it?

Thanks JMS. I just bought a light tent with light stands. The gun is on a black velvet sweep, propped up by one of the magazines. I cropped out a small part still showing. One light stand extended over the top with a single 150w daylight compact florescent bulb pointing down through the top fabric of the tent.

My only regret is, I waited so long to buy a light tent. It's virtually impossible to take a badly exposed shot in it. :)

I am already looking forwad to tomorrow. My brother got home a little while ago and dug out his .357 and the 9mm. Gonna have fun tomorrow. ;)

This Ruger is a .45 by the way.
